具体要求：
Fluent English,
Duties:
- Preparing Internal reporting package according to Italian Accounting Standards
- Preparing Forecast reports;
- Variance analysis;
- Monitoring the cost and the investments constantly;
- Collecting all the relevant facts happened in the companies, providing an estimation of the impact of these relevant facts on Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet;
- Supporting the Top Management in company organization;
- Supporting the Top Management in strategic decisions.
Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- a solid knowledge of accounting matters as basic requirement (maybe with previous experience in auditing fields);
- a deep knowledge of company as organization, (that means at least 5 years experiences in companies of middle or large size, multinational is better) since the profile will support top management in organization of the companies;
- a good knowledge of multinational companies’ structure and features, since this profile will work with local employees and will be a point of reference for Head-Quarter;
Other Skills:
- excellent analytical skill: precision and sensitiveness to figures and the relation between figures;
- good relational skill with different departments inside the company since he/she must collect important and relevant information for management;
- problem-solving attitude;
- ability to work under stress;
- willingness to learn.
