具体要求：
Job Description:
1. Assist the Supply Chain operations of the Department.
2. Handling Local Purchases.
3. Follow-up of deliveries with Suppliers.
4. Preparing International Purchase Orders as and when required.
5. Coordinating with Warehouses, Logistics & Finance departments.
5. Maintaining proper documentation.
6. Maintaining efficient database on Purchases and preparing required reports.
7. Other tasks for the department.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate with 2-4 years similar experience or logistic in production and warehouse.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and document be an advantage.
3. Ability to interact independently when required with International Suppliers.
4. Knowledge of Bank Procedures – LC and Import/Export Procedures would be an advantage
5. Excellent computer skills and ERP. Proficient in MS Office suite – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power Point etc.
6. Must be well organized
7. Age below 30 years.
